Our Services

In-Person Sports Training
This service is for athletes looking to get faster, quicker, stronger, and more mobile. We offer training in two ways, semi-private groups (up to 5 athletes per group) and private training. Each training session is 1hr-1.5hrs (depending on number of athletes and ages). Training in Meridian, MS takes place at Jaycee Soccer Complex. We are able to travel for athletes outside of the area. We travel up to 70 miles for services (ask for details when travel is involved).

Online Group Sports Performance
This service is designed for individuals who are new to sports performance and do not have access to a performance coach. Our online platform operates as a community based service, providing instructional videos for exercise execution and exclusive in depth content, all offered at an exceptionally affordable monthly rate.

Sports Mental Coaching
Athletes carry a significant amount of stress due to their on-field performances, academic responsibilities, communication with their coaches, and more. We provide a dedicated outlet for athletes to alleviate this stress. Through this service, you will have the opportunity to participate in a weekly zoom call, where you can engage in a mental checkin and receive stress management tips to enhance your athletic success. Each call last 45 minutes.

Coach Justin Miller B.S. has his Bachelors of Science degree from Mississippi State University with a minor in psychology. Since 2014 Legends of Athletics, LLC has worked with countless athletes, starting off at that time as Geeked Physiques. Since that time we have been able to get athletes in position to get signed at the college level.

The best results come from athletes who train with LOA at minimum twice per week. Results begin to show within four weeks; permanent results from training for eight consecutive weeks. Athletes that have completed at minimum two months of training have drastically improved their overall athletic performance.

Honestly, our training protocols, periodization, and programs are no different from anyone else. What sets us apart is the investment we make into every athlete that is in our program. We pride ourself on over delivering to our athletes in comparison to cost. Sports is great, the reality is it is also finite. We want to invest into athletes that are great leaders, community developers, mentors, and role models. We aim to be the best on and off the field.

We consider mobile training to be any training that is beyond the 30 mile radius of Meridian, MS. We will travel for private training or groups of 3+ athletes. Training will take place at a local sports complex or gym (if available).
